    I was playing fine for a few days but now when i try to log into my account that i bought minecraft with, i have to go to account.live.com and put in my phone number. Every single phone number that i use doesnt work and it tells me "We cannot send a text message to this number." I have checked numerous times that I am putting my information in correct. I need the code to unlock my account and every number I use doesnt work. You need to help me fix this I see a lot of people with the same problem, i bought a product i want to be able to use it.

    well I tried with the console....

    says my account is locked.

    Im thinking it errored out a few weeks ago when I had bank troubles.... now i cant do anything. Ill wait in queue to chat with a rep. :)

    When I try to unlink my Microsoft account from my minecraft PlayStation 4 by going into settings
    having the same issue. this is INFURIATING. We had minecraft on the ps4 with no linking to any MS BS, but then you can't play on my new Win10 minecraft server, so I linked an account thinking this would be OK. Well.... it is NOT ok; as now all the worlds my son bought with his own earned money are now locked. LOCKED!?!?! now I cannot unlink it as I get this ridiculous error message and now my son is real upset, and I myself am furious at you people.

    Why do you make it so damn hard to do ANYTHING?!?!?!? I refuse to repurchase what we already purchased, this is approaching extortion!

    there are no devices or minecraft listed in any microsoft account to delete, and this error message happens every time I try via the PS4.

    I have had the same problem. I am unsure whether its because my account got hacked (got it back though) a few days ago or its that I've changed my broadband ( a few months ago). Mister Gwyther could it be because of my hacked account and what can I do to
    make him delete it off his xbox. Can he get banned for this?

    I can't find any transaction for it on my accounts but I obviously bought the game years ago before it was migrated otherwise I wouldn't be able to play, and I had a realm subscription a few years ago that is expired, I just want to be able to play my old realm. It feels like every time I try to play minecraft on PC there's so many issues these days, puts me off wanting to play again.
