I bought 8400 Microsoft points on Friday 7th march 2014 night so as I had £71:40p on my Xbox 360 I spent £50 on crysis 3 so I had £21:40p left I went to spend the rest on Saturday 8th march 2014 in the afternoon and I went to purchase it and it did not show
£21:40p it just showed my mums credit card and it seems my Microsoft points/money is gone???

Why is there missing money on my account?

I had a bunch stored up from Xbox rewards, and I was told they wouldn't expire for a while still. I spent some of it around last summer, and I had around $6-7 left. This week, I went to buy something from Live, and the value was under $3. What happened to

Hacked My Account!!

Ok so today, i logged on my Xbox Live account. I went to go download the "Fenix Rising" map pack for Gears Of War 3. When was about to buy it, it said i only had 10 Microsoft points when the other day i had 1650 Points!! Well i went to my billing account
and saw that some LowLife HACKER downloaded "GOLD PLAYERS PREMIUM" and "PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO". I figured out that it was some FIFA' 12 Map packs and i dont even play that game! They spent 1640 points and left 10 left to humiliate me! I dont even know what i
should do now... Someone Tell Me What I Should Do Next!!

The console doesn't actually show how much money you have when you go to purchase an item. It lists the alternate payment method in case what you want to buy goes over the amount you have.

Awesome. I went out with Paige today we got it from the same retailer. Dad gave me $200 so I got Paige a copy too and we spent the rest on lunch had some change left, I'm at her house ^.^
