I bought Madden 24 from the Xbox store without having game pass

Double check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com Gold was discontinued in September. You need Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Core) in order to be able to play online.

When you select the game from “my games”, it takes me to the store and asks what version I’d like to purchase.

These games were bought before subscribing to game pass. If I renew game pass with the trial offer, the games work again.

Fallout 76. I'm playing it on PC Game Pass but bought it on MS Store. And this is not the first time I bought from MS Store, I also bought Fallout First from the MS Store a month before and it worked with no issues. Now that FO76 is on sale, I bought it using the same card I have on, it proceeded and I have a receipt from my bank but in both Xbox app and MS Store, it still shows FO76 as not purchased. And upon checking on my order history on both MS Store and PC Game Pass, it's not on there also. All I have there is the FO First membership and the previous PC Game Pass that I bought the month before.

I just got a JJ Watt Elite code from Madden 20 Club Championship but it is A 16 digit code. The Microsoft Store only accept 25 digit code from Madden 20 game. How do I redeem the 16 digit code in the Madden 20 game linked to the Microsoft Store?
