i bought geometry dash in microsoft store but i cant download it, am i doing something...

I am running on windows 10 ver. 1709 (updates have failed). I downloaded the game off of the internet. It's something called "geometry dash" my friend told me to download it from some random website called [mod removed]

I download the Xbox app from the Apple Store, and searched up "Geometry Dash". The game didn't appear, there's only knock-offs. The app also tells me to connect to a console, which I don't have. What am I supposed to do now? Also, I logged into my Xbox account that I used on my laptop.
