Sorry but noting to do about midnight launch. But I 3 days ago I decided to give the PS3 a break and come back to xbox for a bit for Gears of War 3. I started playing gears of war 2 again. Now from what I understand is if you are level 100 on gears of war
2. You get some exclusive skins on Gears 3 correct?

Now when I came back to Gears 2 I was level 32. I am now 82 but have I left it to late to reach level 100 before tomorrow? As there is a small chance my gears 3 will be here tomorrow morning.

Having the same issue with Gears of War 3, I redeemed a code that came with my Xbox One X Gears 5 bundle, I don't even see it on my order history nor do I see the order history for Gears of War 2 but that seems to be fine, only noticed a few minutes ago
when I saw the Game Pass logo on Gears of War 3.

I bought it brand new at target about 2 years ago, receipt has been long gone.

Correct.

As far as I know, there is no deadline in which you have to get to rank 100 on Gears 2.
