i bought games for a friend in canada and hes not able to play them or receive them

i just wanna get a refund for two games that i bought for a friend in canada who cant receive them it took so many calls and so many searches to find the correct area to even ask a question i see no way of talkin to anybody just confused

I know it comes with the collectors edition but when I went to buy the version I bought it said it will come with those items. My friend also bought the same thing and he received the items, late but he got them.

No but I have the account that he bought the game and when I start the account he bought the game it appears Do you have this game or app? and on my friends account I can start the game on the account they bought them.

You can do the DRM transfer but I doubt your friend will let you, because if you do the transfer, he won't be able to play his Arcade Games or DLC offline.

He will only be able to play them when he is connected to Xbox LIVE.

If any of his friends play minecraft and they have a world that anyone can join then he will be able to play with them
