I bought game pass through windows 10 setup and now I can't use it.

I recently built a computer and had to install Windows 10, when setting up Windows 10 I was offered to buy the game pass in the setup. I bought it there and after windows was installed, and I logged into Xbox it says I do not have the game pass. I've tried logging into different accounts to no avail, what do I do?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, please make sure that the subscription is showing up on your account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. You should see the subscription stated as “active”.

Once confirmed, sign out both on Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in.

come here sit down the Xbox one disc can't be used to play games on Windows 10 but you can play Xbox one games on Windows 10 using the steps in the following guide

Yeah, I'm on Win 10, bought Forza 7 and Horizon 3, ultimate editions, not cheap games, mind you. Of course i was going to buy Horizon 4, but now I'm not sure I will. If Microsoft can't fix this for days now, then it should just stop selling games through
Windows shop or whatever it's called for UAH.
