    I bought game pass and It doesnt work


    Hi, I just bought xbox game pass ultimate because now It has EA Play or something and that looked very cool to me. Now I just paid for the xbox game pass ultimate and for some reason the Xbox app does not recognize that I have it, I can download it from the microsoft store but you cant find the ea play games in the microsoft store, only at the xbox app. It's pretty sad I pay money for it and I just dont get what I want, I tried reinstalling the app and it didn't work. If somebody knows how to fix this please let me know.

    Games with gold overwritten my game license that I bought years ago ?

    With these games sometimes it doesnt show you bought the full game until you are in the game and then it shows you have bought the season pass.

    Did you get ark base game threw game pass for free as I've same problem but people who bought ark even tho other add on works genesis doesnt. Every one with this problem please say if its threw game pass. If so we know the the problem

    None of those worked either. And the Windows 11 Installer just told me I can't download it and doesnt give me a reason. I'm really stumped on this issue, but as I said my ongoing theory is that when Xbox refunded my Ultimate Game Pass it mistook my bought Sea of Thieves for one only played on with

    Game Pass.

    i have an xbox one and i bought the digital version of modern warfare 2 earlier this morning and ever since i cant even get passed the loading screen. it doesnt say an error or anything but after i press a button to start it sends me back to the loading screen and im stuck on there. ive tried resetting the xbox, restarting the game, and even deleted the game but it still doesnt work.
