I bought EA Fc standard addition and want to buy the ultimate addition can I get a refund on standard and re buy the ultimate addition?

I have the same problem I bought the ultimate edition not the standard edition and no fc points even a week later no help fromEA whatsoever

No since it was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So you would have been given the remaining time from your standard Game Pass as Ultimate in addition to the Ultimate you purchased. So if you had bought 1 month of standard Game Pass, then bought 1 month of Ultimate, you would have 2 months of Ultimate.
