I bought an ea access trial for 1 month and then bought fifa 17, for purchasing fifa 17 I got sent a free 1 month trial for ea access in a message from xbox live this code showed up saying it is invalid help me quick

I got a message in my xbox inbox saying> Thanks for your FIFA 17 purchase. To get started with EA Access, redeem your 1 month code by 10/14/16 and install the free EA Access Hub by searching for EA Access on Xbox One. (25 digit code) However, when i clicked
redeem (through windows 10 app) it says that the code has been already used. I had an active ea access subscription and it didnt extend, so it was redeemed by me. Any solution??

Already talked with EA Sports live assistance, and two chat assistants from xbox support who linked me here. Any way to fix this issue?

Haven't received free Ea access from banner on dashboard.

I haven't purchased Xbox live in a while and today I noticed that it said if I bought xbox live I could play Fifa 17 early via ea access so I bought a 3 month code and clicked on the free ea access link and redeemed So just to be clear I didn't redeem my
code normally I redeemed it via the banner on the dashboard , I don't have my code and I noticed that on the forums it said I may have to wait 6-8 Weeks but then I'm not playing Fifa 17 early and it defeats the whole purpose I've checked my emails and I don't
have a code and when I go onto ea access it asks me to sign up/in and the same when purchasing ea games

Can you post the specific error code you get when you try to redeem? The error code will look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000.

I am having the same issue - however sometimes it lets me get into the game the tells me "Thank you for trying FIFA 17. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FIFA 17 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start
your FIFA 17 Trial."

Where did you purchase your copy of FIFA 17? Was it a digital purchase from the Xbox Store or was it a purchase from a local retailer? If it was a digital purchase, your content is added to your game automatically. Here is a guide from EA Support on how

in-game content for FIFA works. If you continue to be unable to access the in-game content, you will want to reach out to
EA Support directly for further assistance.

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
not deleted by my hand and I want retrieving my code please??
