I bought dlc for Jump Force that made the game unplayable now.

It might be issues with the game itself and if the uninstall/reinstall doesn't work, I would uninstall and do a hard reset on the console, and reinstall again. If it still doesn't work, I would contact Spike Chunsoft, the Developer.

Jump Force has had a little bit of a history of things not working quite right, so I'm guessing it might be an issue on their end.

Sorry to say, the game might still be having issues. If it were me personally, I would contact the Developer. They appear to be responsive on social media outlets such as Twitter. Sorry you're having issues, and best of luck!

I contacted Bandai, and it seems that they finally fixed the issue we were having.

Ya I bet it's sad its obvious Microsoft doesnt care about there customers they have so many they can afford to lose a few

Just couldn't get into this game at all, my son loves it though and thankfully no issues yet. Hope you get it sorted
