Discus and support I bought division and it's telling me I only have the trial game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought division and the underground last year I had it on my other Xbox but it's broke atm so I'm on my other one and I tried to play it it's telling...     I bought division and it's telling me I only have the trial game


    I bought division and the underground last year I had it on my other Xbox but it's broke atm so I'm on my other one and I tried to play it it's telling me I only have the trial can someone help me out

    Can't play Star Wars Knights Of The Old Rebublic 1 & 2.

    This is my only account and I didn't download the games, I bought the physical copies so I have no idea why it's telling me that

    Ark Survival Evolved charging twice??

    I have had Ark Survival Evolved for 2 years and have been playing consistently, all of a sudden it is telling me i only have the trial version and i have to purchase the full game again? why is it doing this?

    Destiny the Taken King Legendary Edition. Stuck in Trial Mode

    Hey I need help with this, I've been having the trial forever, I bought the regular Destiny: Taken King bundle, but when I redownloaded the trial version ( wont let me download any other copy of destiny) and when I'm in game , it tells me I'm still in trial
    mode. The bundle is useless. Help?!

    How can you tell if you own a game that's currently on gamepass or just a trial?

    So in the Xbox store it says that I OWN the game, but I actually only own the trial version. If the game is on gamepass, the option is "installable" meaning I don't own it. It's installable because it's on gamepass, but if the game offers a trial and I've downloaded that trial, the store says I OWN the game. This has caused me to purchase DLC for a game I only own the trial for. I need to know how to tell if a game I have is only the trial version of the full game.

    Ghost Recon Gold Edition Year One Pass cannot install

    I have restarted my XSX console. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game disc now.

    It keeps saying to play the Trial version.

    I don't have the trial version, I have the full game disc and the Season Year One pass code on a piece of printed leaflet (as I bought the Gold Edition off Amazon).

    Why do Microshifty keep putting out 'Trial' down;loads that only screw up the actual purchase of full games.

    It is disgraceful that I have spent £39 on a game that won't work as it keeps telling me it is the free downloadable trial version.

    Is anyone else able to help other than the Microshifty Sheep ppl ?

    You have to call up the support for this. If you can't find everything in download history and in-game, we can't help much. If you still have the codes when you call them I believe they can help you.
