I bought Diablo IV Ultimate Edition (Xbox), Microsoft Store says it's the Deluxe Version

If you see "Completed" in your purchase history, don't worry, that license is yours. When you install the game (even if it is another version) you should see all the content of the Ultimate edition, install it from the "Complete Library" section of "My games and apps".

In case you do not see the content, you should send a support ticket to Blizzard, as they indicate to do in this situation.

I'm afraid to say that the option to upgrade Diablo IV standard edition to deluxe edition is not available on the Microsoft store.
In this situation is not possible to request a refund since you bought a redeemable code.

I've tried all this and unfortunately, it didn't work. I think the issue is that I bought the deluxe edition but the deluxe edition no longer exists. There is the base version called just the game Aliens Fireteam Elite, then there is the Into the Hive Edition, and lastly the Ultimate Edition. I looked at my purchases and it says I have bought the Deluxe edition but there is no deluxe version available in the store. I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating.

Same problem, I bought the ultimate edition and on the microsoft store it appears that I have the deluxe edition, in the invoice history it appears that I bought the ultimate ed.
