I bought destiny 2 and I didnt get the destiny 2 punch card completed from it

I bought the game but it didnt give me my 6000 point reward..

"destiny punch card" 20K reward not working

So I saw this 20k reward points deal on xbox rewards called "Destiny punch Card" the 3 requirements to get it is

1. do the quiz

2.buy a digital copy of the game destiny 2

3. buy the expansion pass digitally

I do have the expansion pass and the game both digital and already did the quiz. yet its not completed. #1-2 are "not completed" and it wants me to buy both again!

please help
