I bought BO6 and I can't play multiplayer it's still saying go to store then when I click...

I also have the same problem. Bought the Xbox One X on release day, i used the 14 day Xbox Live Gold code on the same day and i still can't play Multiplayer. I can download the Xbox live gold games of the month like you can but when i go into multiplayer
in a game it says i don't have a Gold subscription and it takes me back to the store where it says Xbox Live Gold expires on 11/21/2017. So it must be active but i can't use it :/

sometimes that happens, just to let you know as well. The GTA V next gen version also has this restrictions. you need to pay for online and story mode together if you want to enjoy the story

Just to confirm, do you also own Read dead online?

I ask this due to in order to play Story mode you need to have the online mode, is stated in the game description

"Red Dead Online is required to play Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode."

If you already own both games (Story and Online) Please install Read dead online and story mode is going to appear available once you install the game

Please note that a Game Pass subscription is required to play online in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

You may check the status of your Game Pass by pressing the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

If you have a Game Pass subscription and you're still having issues, re-login to your account by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in.
