    I bought black ops Cold War and it won’t install


    I bought the cross-gen Version of Cold War today and the game doesn’t even start installing. My Xbox says it has a software update so my question is if I need to update my Xbox first before the game starts to install.

    Good question. Yes, it happened to me and make sure that the console is fully updated because the game requires an update console and it should work from there.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
