I bought avatar frontiers of Pandora but now I'm apparently getting charged again please help

I already bought the avatar frontiers of Pandora game online now I'm getting a message saying I'm going to be charged again 10 days before the game releases but I've already been charged for the game so I want to know why I'm being double charged and where did my other payment go to if I didn't buy the game somehow anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it ?

I made the payment on the 5th of November then how can I install it and everything if I haven't paid for it then where did my money go

When did you make the previous alleged payment?

If it was prior to ten days it was a test charge thst goes away. No ones card is charged until they ten day window for anything.

then you were given a test charge that evaporated in a few days, and the real charge just happened

I got absolutely nowhere apparently. Went 2 months without a charge after calling now it's being charged again but this time 21.59! This is getting ridiculous!

I just talked with my bank. Apparently, whoever is responsible for taking care of this at xbox live has sent my bank documentation saying that the charges that I'm claiming were not unauthorized charges and that I'm responsible for the charges. There is
no way I'm ever keeping a card on file with anything related to Microsoft again. This has gotten way out of hand now. It's hard to tell if I'll even get my money back at this point.
