Hi I purchased the gears of war UE and played the game between August 25 and December 31, 2015. But never received the code would i be able to have the backwards compatibility code please

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Gears of War 3
Gears of War: Judgment

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Codes do not come packaged with the game. You have to play online between August 25, 2015 and December 31, 2015 and they will send you codes for the 4 games. So as long as you played online before Dec 31, 2015 you will be messaged the codes through xbox
live. They will come in 2 messages (2 codes per message.)
