    I bought ancient coins with reward points and I did not receive a receipt nor my currency....


    I bought ancient coins in my rewards the 21st of February 2025 and still, I haven't received my receipts nor my currency. I don't know what to do in this situation. When I read the messages it showed it said that everything was good and that I would receive my receipt but I never did l. I checked and I have the right email and everything. Can someone help me please.

    Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It'll either give the option to resend it or list the code there. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Does that mean that using points on Microsoft Rewards counts as purchase in Microsoft Store? So if I want to buy Ancient Coins I have to buy them through the game on steam therefore I can't use my Microsoft Rewards points to buy them right?

    The redeemable code you receive after claiming the Ancient coins via Microsoft Rewards are for the Xbox/Microsoft Store version of Steam.

    So, you will be able to see and use the currency on the Xbox version of Sea of Thieves, Evan.

    If you're interested in receiving the coins on Steam, you may want to consider getting a different reward through the program. Depending on your country, you can see Amazon gift cards, Walmart gift cards, etc.
