    My Xbox Live GOLD Membership isn't working!

    Hello everybody, I was wanting some help. Recently I bought an xbox 360 which came with a free leaflet with a "Bonus Xbox Gold Membership" code. I entered it in, got xbox live. Not Xbox live GOLD. I cannot play with other people, talk with my friends and
    so more. I have got a gamertag (dirtierpaladin2) and have made an xbox live account and I have not got GOLD membership! Please help!

    I bought an Xbox one x 2 days ago. I redeemed the 14 days gold code that came with it but i still have no active gold membership.

    Usually there should be a card for a 14 day trial, otherwise you would get a free month if you create a new account on the console (there is no code for that). If the console advertises a different type of membership, you would need to contact the retailer
    it was purchased from for an exchange.

    Adding a family member to my gold account.

    My kids all have an xbox 360 with their own gamertags. I just bought an xbox one and the 59.99 gold membership. where do I go to add them to the gold membership? Is there a family pack of some sorts or does each kid need their own membership.

    yea it shall work cause i just got my XBOX 360 and i got MW3 with it but i had xbox live gold but next day i bought a new xbox live gold membership from website... still did'nt work so i just tried like 100 stuff and this was the last one and it worked but

    So this isn't really to the console but I have no xbox live gold on my account, it ran out, so I bought a 12 Month Gold membership and all it says is I already have a gold membership which makes no sense because it won't let me play online and my gold did
