    I bought an XBox One S 2TB for the promotion of receiving 2 free games, The Crew and another game of my choice. I received my XBOX one S 2TB but no free games? I contacted support and they couldn't help. Anyone know what to do?

    I bought gears of war 4 xbox one s 2TB console. meant to come with a DLC card for the free download of entire xbox360 gears of war collection. I received 2 days ago codes for GOW 1 and GOW 2 but I didn't receive rest of them. will be a month nearly that
