cannot connect at all

a few days ago i bought this xbox 360 from the internet it was a used one (i didnt have much money and the guy said he bought a newer model so he didnt use this one) once i got home with it i played a few games and then i thought lets try and go online but
then the xbox says that im banned what is this and can i solve it so i can go online and if this is not posible to solve can i use it as an media center or such

btw my friend says i shoud not reconect with it once banned cause then my whole xbox is not gonna work anymore

I bought a use xbox I have the **** invoice from the guy who sold it to me.

My console Is BANNED!!!!

My account is all green the console had been banned.

If it's a permanent console ban then as mentioned,get your money back as permanent console bans are never overturned,even if it wasn't your console at the time the ban was issued.

If you are buying a pre owned console then you should always buy one from a reliable dedicated game shop as they tend to test the consoles before buying them from people to see if they are banned or not.

Buying from a private seller is very risky.

I would remove the console ID from your post immediately, because if it's not banned, someone could use that ID on their own banned console.

In any case, accessories can be bought online, on the Xbox Store.

if his profile was online, his profile would have been banned.

It registers the Profile AND the console it was used on. If he evaded this ban, the next one will brick his console from gears as well.

this isnt fair thew same thing happened to my xbox serial code #621718384205 and ive never recieve any email telling me why, i bought the console from walmart out of the box never did anything to it played for over 2 years online and you guys banned me for
no reason wasting $250 of your customers for what? for me to buy another one from you? im not the only person this has had this happen i know
