I bought an XBOX bundle with the wrong game for my sons- Forza 4 isn't two players!?

I installed a nee Xbox today--- made profiles, downloaded games on Gold trial, etc.

I see MANY other bundles on Microsoft site NOW of course...

Is there a way I can trade this for a different game?

Should i call Microsoft and ask them? It is just a license right?

Can't they just void it and issue me a license for a different game?

I literally bought this less than 12 hours ago.

HDMI port not working

My sons slim 4 gig 360 hdmi isn't working . when I bought it for him it was working with hdmi and now it says format not supported . The av cords work with it though. What's wrong ?

Bundled XBOX One X doesn't appear to include bundled game

I bought a Forza Horizon 4 bundled XBOX One X system from Costco online and just got this afternoon. It doesn't appear to have Forza Horizon 4 pre-loaded or an included code card for the game. What am I missing, aside from FH4?

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from, but if you already redeemed the game code it may no longer be possible to redeem it.

When i bought my xbox one it came with forza horizon 4. I bought the bundle that came with it. I did the same with my nephew i bought him the bundle and somehow he is able to play the game still and im not. Neither of us have game pass anymore but he can
still play

Hi, I have (my son actually uses it) a Xbox One S.

Last week I bought the bundle "Edizione Ultimate di Forza Horizon 4" and my son played a few days. Starting
from 2 days ago we cannot access the two new channels "LEGO speed Champions" and "Island". They are shown as "already acquired", in the order history of my microsoft account the order is "completed", but when we try to play we are prompted to buy
the game.

The others items supplied with the bundle are available (a few new cars).

Any suggestion?

Was your son able to access the Lego Speed Champions and Fortune Island DLCs a couple days ago when he was playing?

Also, do they showed up as Installed? To check, press the menu / start button on the game, then select "Manage game & add-ons."

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

i found a code on (modremoved) and there’s a bundle with the ultimate edition for forza horizon 3 and 4. if i bought the bundle and redeemed it would i get both of the expansions for fh3? thanks
