    Open the "redownload content to a new or refurbished console" section. Did you follow these steps to redownload your content from your Xbox 360 ?

    You must follow these steps to download previously purchased content on you Xbox 360.

    Can you see your Xbox game purchase ?

    Also, on your Xbox, open your Games and apps and select “Full library” on the left. Can you see the game ?

    It is on my Order history and I can download it on an Xbox one but not on my 360 which is what I need

    hey

    did what you said and that messaged still appeared. it doesnt have that mark either( ! ).

    i deleted the marketplace system data. turned off my xbox then turned it on, went to my download history, downloaded the game and still had the same error. uh when i go to My Games the game doesnt have cover art is that anything???

    Are the games you bought Xbox 360 games? if so then it is because they no longer appear on the Xbox website, only in your download history
