Hello Weston, this is really unusual, however try plugging the console into another outlet and also into a TV if possible to see if the light comes on.

Also try performing a console reset.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.

I have the same problem I couldn’t even get the series x version to work or download it because it kept telling me to buy it again so I got a refund and bought the deluxe version but it’s crazy that the series x version doesn’t work without the Xbox one version, microsoft please fix this for us!!!

I got a refund from where I bought it and then bought an Xbox Series X and my digital version of BO3 works fine.

Still not running. It says the same message, "The Xbox 360 title isn't installed. You can reinstall it (...)"

I already reinstalled, and reinstalled again. Perfect Dark is not working, simply not working. Conker's Bad Fur Day is fine, PD Zero is fine, but the 1st PD, not fine. I bought it digitally on the Microsoft store and it's an Xbox Series S (not 360, One, Series X.. it's the full digital (no cd/dvd/blueray) brand new Series S. The system is up to date.
