Advisor, what I’m asking about is that technically I already own the DLC via the store. I purchased the add on digitally years ago. I am looking to redownload it from the Microsoft Store. However, the add on keeps saying “not currently available” when viewed in the store. I understand it comes with the disk version, but I wish to use the digital version instead. Also, I looked into the matter on the EA forums. They said it was probably on the MS store’s end because it was bought there. They also said that they don’t have much power over this matter on their end.

sorry to hear. Were there any error codes? First of all you should check if your system is uptodate (via Windows Update and via the Store App). If this is all fine and you can not download the game via the store app, you should check whether it may be due
to your network connection. Reset your router / modem by switching them off and on. If you still connected via wireless, try a RJ45 cable to speed up.
