can someone help me? i cant refund it with purchase history.. i have a gold membership.

Requesting a Refund, did you answer all of the questions that it asked? Also, once you answered all of the questions did you see another link for the Request a Refund form?

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
