I bought a used xbox360 it has a pass code on it how do I get it off

Let us try if this will work for you to reset the Xbox 360 pass code. First, sign in to your Microsoft/Xbox account on this page https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your Xbox 360 device.

Once done, locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details. Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code. It might show you series of buttons that you need to press, just follow the instructions that it will display to reset the passcode.

If you've forgotten your Xbox Live gamertag's passcode you just delete and redownload your profile. This will clear the profile of any passcode. Now, if you've forgotten your XBOX 360's Family passcode then you need to contact phone support, there's absolutely
no way to reset it manually by yourself without speaking with phone support. Worst case scenario is that you will have to "Reset to Factory Defaults" to clear the forgotten Family Passcode.

I don't believe even a factory reset will clear a lost family passcode. You would have to contact Support for that.

I do know But if I were you I would Try Contacting Xbox Live Support somehow Or way Like such as Via Calling And Or Emailing them And Explain the Situation And see what they can do for you those would be your Best Chances.

You aren't legally allowed to use his account and worthy of a console ban and an perm ban from xbox live

Accounts are not transferable
