    I was buying a used Xbox from the pawn. The lady brung one up to the front counter and it looked busted at the top a bit where the fan sits under. I looked on the shelf when the other xboxes were and I told her to replace it with one I seen that looked "like new" from the outside. So I bought a used series x from the pawn shop. Didn't test it before I bought it. (Don't know why) Took it home and played it. Didn't use the disc drive till like a week later. Tried to play left 4 dead 2 in the disc drive. Wasn't workin. Tried to put dying light in the disc drive. Wasn't workin. Tried to put Tekken 7 in. Wasn't workin. Index finger and thumb was literally a millimeter away from each other from me taking that xbox back, but then I said WAIT!!! I should just try and fix it, and I did! Just replaced the discdrive and swapped the motherboard and it worked like new, but the craziest thing about this whole situation is............

    I CHECKED THE FULL LIBRARY OF THE GAMES AND LONG BEHOLD!!!!! THERE WAS OVER 600+ GAMES READY FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD AND PLAY! No gamepass or nothin. I don't know how tf that happened. Honestly! There wasn't even any accounts on the Xbox when I got it. And also now, all those games are now linked to my account as if I brought them! I'm tellin you once again. I don't know how tf that happened

    That means the previous owner left the console as their Home. Their accounts doesn't have to be there for that. You will lose the games if they do change their Home or you switch consoles.

    I would check and see if the pawn shop would agree to swap the console you bought for another one. Let the pawn shop work with the guy to determine if it's his stolen property. That way, he might have a way to get his console back, and you still get to
    play on an Xbox of your own. Everyone's a winner that way.

    Your best bet is a pawn shop, but $100 isn't a whole lot, even for an Xbox 360. Your best bet is to check out pawn shops, but they usually charge a lot more than $100. You can also check out Craigslist.org in your area and see if anyone is selling an xbox
    360 for cheap. As for games, pawn shops or ebay. I wish I could help you more, but $100 isn't much to go on.
