    Hi, I bought a used Xbox One and after doing the initial setup I noticed that in the complete collection I had 507 games and it lets me play online without gamepass, this seems strange to me because my Xbox is set up with my home account, (it even lets me install gamepass games without gamepass)

    That won't do anything. The original owner who set it as their Home would need to sign in and remove the setting or they would need to set another console as their Home. There's no way for you to do it from your account and factory resetting a console does not remove that setting.
