    Won't matter since only the CD key really matters

    You have to deal with ebay

    Used keys can't be usrd twice he's selling you the DVD meaning you need to buy your own keys rather then download the whole game over the internet though you will still need to get the updates

    Dvds were only available in EU

    You will have to deal with ebay as ms doesn't deal with third party sales

    Well the thing is codes are one time use

    You can't reuse a secondhand key

    You have to address it with the seller
