My Xbox series s has been having from the same problem and from what I’ve seen there’s really no fix for it. I would send it in for repair as soon as you can because it doesn’t seem like a fix for this issue is coming as it’s been present since the consoles release. The only games that crashed my Xbox were fortnite and the matrix demo, the only 2 unreal engine games I own and I’ve seen others only experiencing problems with titles specifically using unreal game engine.

I’ve used the hard drives for my Xbox one but when I bought the hard drive, it said it was compatible for the series s.

The game I bought in the Microsoft store on the Xbox one. I was trying to play it on my series s.

I checked my Bluetooth driver, it is up to date. And I just discovered this problem, but I’m not sure if I’ve had this issue in the past. My controller usually stays connected to my Xbox One S
