Hi there Ricky, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

If you made the purchase of the resource pack from the Microsoft Store, then you can request a refund through the following link:

    https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

Please take in mind that sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to appear in the refundable orders history. If you don't see it, you may need to wait that time and check again.

On the other hand, if you made the purchase using in-game virtual currency from a game's store/marketplace, then you will need to reach out to the developers of that game to inquire if it's possible to request a refund.

I appreciate your understanding and if you have further questions please let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Gerardo.

Texture Package for Minecraft not avaliable when logged into my account?

    Hi Doron Israel

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your texture package on Minecraft. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

Firstly, I would like to confirm if you have tried signing out of your account on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up and then signing back in again. This can sometimes help refresh the account and make the texture pack appear.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest checking if the texture pack is installed on the computer where it is not showing up. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Launch Minecraft on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up.

    2. Click on "Options" from the main menu.

    3. Click on "Resource Packs".

    4. Check if the texture pack is listed under "Available Resource Packs" or "Selected Resource Packs". If it is listed under "Available Resource Packs", click on it to select it and then click on the arrow button to move it to the "Selected Resource Packs" section.

If the texture pack is not listed under "Available Resource Packs", it may not have been installed properly. In this case, I would suggest trying to reinstall the texture pack. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account on the computer where the texture pack is not showing up.

    2. Launch Minecraft and click on "Options" from the main menu.

    3. Click on "Resource Packs".

    4. Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder". This will open the folder where Minecraft stores its resource packs.

    5. Delete the folder for the texture pack that is not showing up.

    6. Log out of your account and then log back in again.

    7. Launch Minecraft and go to "Options" > "Resource Packs" again.

    8. Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder" again.

    9. Drag and drop the texture pack file into the resource pack folder.

    10. Go back to Minecraft and check if the texture pack is now showing up.

If none of the above steps work, it is possible that there may be an issue with your account or with the Minecraft client itself. In this case, I would suggest contacting Minecraft support for further assistance, click here: Minecraft Help Center

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your issue. I hope all of this information's are helpful. We look forward on your response.

When I try to open an Minecraft texture pack it opens Microsoft edge and downloads it again

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    Good evening

The reason for this is that Minecraft texture packs are usually downloaded as .zip or .rar files, not .jar files. It's possible that the file you downloaded is not actually a texture pack, or that it was downloaded incorrectly.

To open a Minecraft texture pack in the Java edition, you should follow these steps:

Download the texture pack from a trusted website, such as the official Minecraft website or a reputable modding website.

Once the file has downloaded, open the Minecraft launcher and click on "Options" and then "Resource Packs".

Click on "Open Resource Pack Folder". This will open the folder where your Minecraft resource packs are stored.

Move the downloaded texture pack file into the folder.

In the Minecraft launcher, click on "Done" and then go back to the "Resource Packs" section.

You should now see the new texture pack in the list of available resource packs. Click on it to select it, and then click "Done".

The texture pack should now be applied to your game.

    Minecraft Natural Texture Pack Released

Rofl, I thought you might. I thought about your previous comments on the plastic textures when I was playing this texture pack.

Looks like we both got a texture pack we can enjoy :)

    What's your top 5 XBLA games ?

Minecraft is an amazing game due to you deciding what to do, sure it's made up of blocks, but that's part of its charm. It's simple, yet you can use any resource available to make anything you want. I wouldn't recommend it on XBLA, though. I think it's more
enjoyable on PC because you can include mods, and texture packs. Both of which can change your experience with the game entirely. I believe Minecraft is one of the best games ever made.
