May I know if you already tried using a different one to test how it goes?

Did you already tried power cycling your console to see if that do the trick? Or check if there's a pending update

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Hy I have been sitting here with my Xbox one trying to set up my wireless connection again for the past 4 HRS it can see my network but everytime I type in the password it will try then ask for the password again. Also don't get me started on the virtual helper on the Xbox support page. It asks me if it's connected I tell it no it tells me to try a wired connection and I said I don't have a cable to do that and it's response was all ways and I quote " I don't understand. " Also the freaking "fastest answer" option always took me to the same page with no helpful information. So that's something that needs to get a revamp.

If you bought it used or refurbished then it would've been from the original date of purchase not yours

If you bought it new contact support to open a case and provide the proof of purchase that says otherwise

Fyi xbox one x haunt been sold new in 2 years as it was discontinued a full year before the release of series x

Whilst it may not have been produced in 2 years, you could still buy them new....I bought my One X last August, brand new, from Amazon

Thanks.i powerwashed my xbox series x. It it fixed it. Last time however i did that it reverted back within a couple of weeks.
