I bought a product, it is in Order History, but not in my downloads list.

I bought three times a product for Deus Ex, and it does not show in my download list, so I can't take profit of them. But the purchases are in my Order History.

I would like to know how I can solve the problem.

History of a bought few years ago products

smwutches, i really appriciate Your help but last bought product is from January 21 i have this account very long arround 7 years thats the problem and i couldnt find option to download history on my PC , and i dont have 360 anymore

 

Xbox Live Gold won't redeem

I bought 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold from Microsoft's store about and hour ago yet it hasn't gone through. It's not in my order history, or downloads/product keys. I tried deleting and redownloading my profile, as well as a network connectivity test and
nothing has worked. What's the deal??

 

What did you buy? I thought some of the things you could buy for that game were a 1 time use?

 

If it is DLC for an already installed game, then you should use the "manage game" screen to view DLC for that game.

I was there, and nothing is showing up. I do can see the add-ons included in the game purchase, but not the last three "Praxis Kit" for a value of eur 6.99. I bought it three times (my mistake, thinking that the purchase didn't work). As said, the three
acquisitions are in my Order history.

It is really strange. Most when the rest of buyings worked as expected...

Praxis kits are in game consumables. I don't think any thing actually downloads it is simply added to your character

~You can find them in your character storage

Open Your inventory and use the storage option in the bottom right
