    I have the same problem and I live in the U.A.E and bought a prepaid card from virgin megastore and its getting annoyed by postal code ect.

    Purchased Gold but it's not working

    i bought my xbox and received a 2 prepaid gold cards ad i redeemed the 6 month card i have the same problem as acetothekitten but those the prepaid gold cards count as a free membership? if so then why those the xbox come with a gold code??

    Now i got the same problem with a prepaid 3 month xbox live code... :( which i bought from a shop in romania, it was a prepaid code which includes a weapon skin for the division, and the code for the skin worked but the other one for xbox live didn't.....
