I bought a pc and the guy left his account logged in xbox wise but i cant sign out of it

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies:

2. Set the scan date and time:

- Go to Settings > Time and Language and make sure the Set Time Automatically option is turned on.

3. Try a different browser or incognito/privacy mode: - If you are using Edge.

If you're using Edge, try signing in with a different browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) to see if the problem persists.

- Alternatively, open the incognito/privacy navigation window and try logging in.

Hi ive been getting signed out of my account and idk why but i would like my refund back on a game also i bought Minecraft and i wohld like the 40 i iiayed for it but i want to also keep the game cause of all the trouble you guys keep causing with Xbox signing
people out for no reason and telling them they cant

play online

log into his name on pc, go to the store, sign out of the store and sign in with your credentials, then go to download forza again, it will instantly complete, then sign out of the store and log off the account, log back in and boom you can both play the
game

I know this works as i do this myself for my kids across 3 pc's.

I play these games on a Surface PRO tablet. I have the PC set up with a password account and when I sign out of the Surface account, I'm signed out of all accounts, including the games I'm signed into. If I do not sign out of the tablet account, the next
time I start the tablet, I am still logged in to the Xbox account. Signing out of the PC account is the only method I know to close out the Xbox account(s).

Ok, I checked and my pc is up to date. I logged out and removed my profile from the xbox, then signed out of my account on the pc and android xbox app. I logged back into my xbox, installed the xbox identity app then relogged into my pc account and there
is still no change.
