When I try to log into my 360 with my new email and password (which works on my X1), I get an error code that says the email or password are incorrect.

I’ve used the hard drives for my Xbox one but when I bought the hard drive, it said it was compatible for the series s.

The game I bought in the Microsoft store on the Xbox one. I was trying to play it on my series s.

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)

All Xbox accounts you can use on either an Xbox One, Series X|S or even a PC have an Xbox 360 profile. This includes accounts that have never signed in on an Xbox 360 console.

Are you sure you're entering the correct email address and password? If you try here on Xbox.com, does it let you log in with these details?

Bear in mind that there has been a long lasting issue with some passwords when signing into an Xbox 360 (including the emulator on the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles). If your password is 12 characters or longer, contains spaces or special characters (like ~%&#) then you may have problems logging in and retrieving the 360 profile. If this is the case, change your password to be slightly shorter with no special characters.

but if i have the right email and everything. But the problem is that i cant log in on my xbox, i should write in my email and password but when i did that it says wrong email or password. I can log in on the internetpage but not on my xbox
