I bought a movie and it isn't showing up anywhere

I bought a movie on Vudu it paid for it through Microsoft on my Xboxthe movie is pirates of the Caribbean

It was on sale

I bought it on Vudu on my Xbox the payment option popped up through the Xbox and paid through Microsoft

I can't find the movie anywhere

Not on Vudu, Movies Anywhere, or Microsoft movies

I have them all linked with Movies Anywhere so it should have been on all of them

It looks like I don't have the movie at all

But I paid for it and have the purchase order on my Microsoft account and see the billing order on my Xbox

But it doesn't show up anywhere so I can't watch it

A waste of money on something that is not in any of my digital providers

It can take up to 24 hours for new purchases to appear among your movies.

Let's check. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check your order for the movie? If it's not visible on your Microsoft order history please check your Vudu order history.

It has been 7 days

I put in a support ticket with Xbox and no one has responded to me in 5 days

They are usually good at writing me back

If it doesn't show up hopefully they can give me a refund for

Pirate's of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest. It was on sale on Vudu and purchased through Microsoft so that was weird

If you visit the next link and sign with the account used to purchase the games, are you able to see Bedrock and Java listed?

And, from where you tried to download the launcher?
In case you didn't tried yet, please download it using the Xbox app in your PC and not the Microsoft store.

Also, make sure to be signed in the same Microsoft account in both Xbox app and the Microsoft store
