    from where did you purchase the key? If it just says for windows that doesn't mean it works with Xbox, and could also be a steam key

    World war Z is not a play anywhere title, so it wouldn't be for windows/Xbox

    Are you sure it was for PC and Xbox? The PC and Xbox versions are two different games, with 2 achievements lists.
