I bought a gta bull shark from the store for 9.99 and didnt get my order

sorry to hear. Please check first you
order history. If there is something wrong it is the best to
contact the XBOX support. Please check also if there are XBOX Live Service issues in your area!
And if there is everything fine you may should power cycle your console like this:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
   
   Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply. And it is always a good idea to reset also modem/router by OFF/ON switching!!
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I tried to go on the store and it says I do not own it. I also tried to look at my order history for gta v and it is not there at all. The closest thing to GTA V is a purchase for a Bull Shark Card for GTA which obviously shows I owned it at the time.

I bought that deal too GTAV and a 500,000 bull shark card free for £50. And still don't know where to get the bull shark card from ?
