I bought a gift card made one small purchase now it tells me that I don't have money left...

Also, depending on how much the content is you're looking to purchase, it will also give that information if you don't have enough funds to cover tax. So bear that in mind.

Perhaps the card you bought had already been used. Where did you buy the card?

Normally the Visa gift cards that are purchased at stores like that do not work for purchases on Xbox and this is through the Bank that handles the gift card because they are thinking that you are trying to purchase a renewing subscription and these
types of purchases can not be made with the gift cards like that.

please note I put the gift card in pay pal who accepted it as
cash. it now should be money to spend and Microsoft still does not allow purchase.

But i don’t have enough money for it as of right now, i was expecting an e gift card from an app called Zap Surveys, but they have refused to send me it and i was going to purchase it with the gift card, and the sale will expire in a couple days

Is it possible if I bought something with my balance and then refund it to get refunded in a gift card for example? I don't necessarily need to get refunded in money. If a gift card is possible I would be helped tremendously!
