I bought a game with Xbox credit card now I want to credit it back to my Xbox help please...

you have to go to xbox.com/refund

Might want to request a refund then via support.

There is certain requirements before you start the refund request.

1. Have bought the game in the last 14 days.

2. Have not played more than 2 hours.

It is not guaranteed that it will be approved if the above mentioned requirements is met.

If you bought the game digitally from Microsoft you might be able to get a refund. Have all your information ready for whichever account you made the purchase with, & look into Microsofts refund service. The following link will have instructions on what

Hey, just wanted to add my name to the list of folks getting the pbr9002 error. Frustrating because I used my target gift card to buy this prepaid card and now I can't use the credit.

I've already bought two games on xbone so I don't understand the problem with this purchase. Please help!
