    I bought a game on a xbox.com website but I can't install it.


    I bought Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2 on a xbox.com website and it doesn't show up in my games in xbox app on PC. And when i try to download it trough the website it says something about remote installing from my mobile device.

    you can only get that game for pc from EA, Steam or GOG.

    ask for a refund

    the reason you sometimes see it listed in gamepass on pc is due to EA access being available as part of the sub, it basically downloads the games via the EA app and starts it via the EA app.

    Did you buy the right version? Did you buy the PC version when you have a console or vice versa? That message usually means you have bought the wrong version if the game isn't a Play Anywhere game, which MC isn't (far as I know)
