I bought a game on a different account and I’m trying to play on a new account

Hey so I just got my Xbox back from my grandparents and when I used to play I played on there account and I bought all types of games but now I don’t use that account and I added my account to the Xbox but I still can’t play the games I bought on my grandparents account, anyone know how can play them?

Hi,

if you bought the game on a different account you can't play the game if you bought on the account your trying to play on you should be able to download the game if you bought it digitally

It could be failed attempt wait 24 hrs that way the account can be authentication process. It worked for me, if not try customer support.

I check the status and logged in again. It didn’t work.
