    Please make sure that the game is fully updated because patches are often released to address authentication issues and bugs. You can check for updates via your PS5’s Game Library.

    And then check your internet connection for a spotty or unstable connection can trigger repeated login prompts. Verify that your PS5 is connected to a stable network.

    If there's an issue with the network kindly restart your router or switch to a wired connection for a more stable and strong connection.

    Next is within the game look for an option to sign out of your Microsoft account. Then fully close the game and restart your PS5.

    Launch Forza Horizon 5 and sign back in with the Microsoft account that owns the game.

    If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and then reinstall the game to help clear corrupted cache files or improper installations that causes the authentication loop. Before uninstalling the game, make sure to back up everything.

    Please re-check your Order history to confirm that the item was successfully purchased under your account!!

    If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

    If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.
