I bought a game, downloaded it and played it but it was deleted. How can I download it again?

Ok, since the independent advisor clearly didn't give a proper coherent response, I'll answer.

Hit guide button on controller, click My Games & Apps, then click See All, on the left menu hover Full Library and press right until you highlight All owned games and click it. It should bring up a list of all games you own and clicking them should take you to where you can download it again.

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

To sign out;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

- Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Afterwards turn off the console qnd unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

- Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Afterwards try to install the game again.

I got gta 5 but messed with my xbox and no longer exists

Instead of any confusion about the download history thingy, search the game on the store, and see if tells you "Download Again".

View your download history and download content again

You can view a list of what you've downloaded from Xbox LIVE on your console or your computer. You can choose to download an item again (if needed) for no additional charge. Here's how:

On your console

1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.
   
2. Go to Settings, and then select Account.

1. Select Download History.
2. Browse your download history. If you want to download something again, select the item, and then selectDownload Again.
   

Note If you want to see the charges on your Xbox LIVE account, please see Check your Xbox LIVE bill and download history.

On your computer

1. To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Microsoft account (email and password).
   
2. Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console's download queue.
   
3. Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
   

Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's license. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content license to the console. For information
