I bought a game (cyberpunk) with a Visa gift card I refunded it but I didn't get the money...

With those cards you are better off with net visa cards less fees etc

They take longer then normal upto 60 days sometimws ri proccess refunds

If you are hoping ti spend the cash before boxing day sale ends you are better off spending the cash now before age sale ends

It could 've another week for the refund and no calling wont help

Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

If it's already 5-7 business days, you may need to reach out to your payment provider.

My question is when my money get back I will receive it on what ?

On my account or the default visa card ( this Visa I don't have control on it it,s adefault active for 24 hours only created it from Vodafone it's the company of my Sim card)

All refunds are applied back to the payment method that was used. The payment will go back to the Visa.

Is it possible if I bought something with my balance and then refund it to get refunded in a gift card for example? I don't necessarily need to get refunded in money. If a gift card is possible I would be helped tremendously!
