    I bought a game, but the download crashes in the end


    I just bought a game, South Park Stick of Truth to my son as x-mas gift and the download fails when it's about to finish (up to 90%).

    By searching in google, probably the reason is: I moved to UK few months ago and I bought it using my US account.

    Ok...So, MSFT can charge me, but can't delivery my product...I'd like to know how to request a refund !

    Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
    playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

    My game is downloaded and this does the exact same thing. In fact every time there’s a cutscene my game crashes. My game has crashed like over 50 times since playing it. It sucks that I have to end a day early for the game to save.

    Good luck. I've reinstalled AC4 about 10 times and it still crashes for me. Same with every digital download game I bought.

    Starfield on my Xbox Series keeps crashing.

    For what it’s worth, I found the purchased and downloaded game was crashing about every thirty seconds. I tried playing it on game pass ultimate on cloud gaming today. The lag is a bit annoying but it played without crashing at least.
    So you have Starfield bought (not only free from game pass) and it still crashed? This is valuable info 😬
