Hello, Felix. Thanks for replying. Based on the information you provided, it seems that you own the Xbox One edition of GTA V and not the enhanced/next get edition.
Actually, this is the next gen edition:

So, if you allow me, what I can recommend is uninstall the GTA version that's showing the message. Then, on the profile that owns the game, go to my games & apps > full library and look for Grand Theft Auto V and install it in that way.

Please let me know if once you install the game the issue persists or not.
